networks, servers, and telecommunications equipment in a company.

manages, monitors resolves and maintains customer networks. NOCs use software
to manage the system.

must address the issues by resolving and working correctly. Depending on the

technicians can perform relevant tasks on time. NOC operations should be able
to provide excellent customer service by addressing issues immediately.
Experts continue to learn and continuously update the
internal knowledge base with new solutions to support. They follow the
company's traditional guidelines, policies, and procedures.
Technicians should monitor service level agreements (SLA)
violations. They update customers, vendors, or third-party providers on the
progress of events.
Experts should regularly inspect auxiliary systems,
including air conditioning and UPS systems. They use the command line interface
(CLI) and TCP / IP protocols to diagnose, diagnose, and evaluate problems.
NOC technicians assist team members and customers by
implementing the technology of operations and systems using servers, PCs,
telephones, and email.
In addition to the
above duties, they also perform the following responsibilities:

least an associate's degree.

Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), this will help them move up the
ladder.
